SVCC Project VITAL Seeks Tutors Project VITAL (Volunteers in Teaching Adult Literacy) seeks volunteer tutors as it holds its 12 hour training program starting August 12 th.
Project VITAL is a free and confidential tutoring program for local adults looking to improve their reading, writing and other basic academic skills.
