Manifest all open orders for a given particular weekPrepare and fax, if necessary, all bill of ladings to proper contactsMaintain stop sequence of loads at all times, minimum of 5 days outCall drivers with load information such as trailer numbers and stopsMaintain accurate weights on all loadsProvide Crating with paperwork 3 days prior to loadingRecord all crating information on picks and manifestsFax all preliminary manifests and bill of ladings to ExportVerify all rail billing on Exports are completeSelect proper equipment (trailers) for loadingPrint all picks, manifests and labels in a timely manner consistent with the loading scheduleProvide the track and hardware department with all Export load numbers as soon as possiblePrepare driver envelopesRecord load information for weekly dispatch in T driveRecord all loads on load boardSequence all job-sites accordinglyFile all manifest in their proper folderClose all loads no later than 48 hours after loadingAssist pick up drivers (CCX, Cobane, Roadway, etc.
) with paperworkPoint of contact for all FTL & FLB loadsCommunicate with distributors, departments and carriers regarding status of shipping and delivery date.
Verify and approve carrier invoicingAssist with various admin dutiesSalary:
$20 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
