We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our team.
This position will be responsible for day-to-day production management.
You'll ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth an efficient process by leading employees and organizing workflows.
This includes managing assigned department functions, monitoring attendance, checking quality of work and communicating with the team of employees, other supervisors, and managers.
We are looking for a professional who can:

Base compensation range of $50,000 - $80,000 annually Supervisor bonus program Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly.
Payouts are based on overall company profitability.

Responsibilities:
Direct and monitor the work of production employees Coordinate department work to meet the schedule demands Manage material resources to meet production requirements Maintain a clean, safe and organized plant Attend staff and management meetings as required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Highly motivated with excellent time management skills Ability to work with co-workers and outside agencies professionally and tactfully Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel & Word) Ability to read bill of materials and blue prints Mechanical ability Experience on a forklift High School Diploma or Equivalent Monday through Thursday, 6:
30am - 5pm Pay:
$50,000.
