As a Bank Teller you will be responsible for assisting our customers by processing transactions, providing product information, and handling customer complaints.
We are especially interested in hiring individuals who have experience working with customers, computers, excel at multi-tasking, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of complex clerical duties with attention to detail.
Use your mathematical knowledge to complete a variety of tasks.
Greet customers and answer their questions.
Enter data into computer using a keyboard or specialized input device such as a scanner or barcode reader.
Take phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Follow regulations, procedures, and policies, in order to ensure that transactions are completed smoothly.
Help customers complete transactions using an ATM, phone, or online.
